ITS Sweden invites its members to the Annual General Meeting on May 28. The meeting will be preceded by lunch from 13:00, followed by the AGM between 14:00 and 15:30.

ITS Sweden’s participation in both Transportforum and Intertraffic has been valuable and has generated new contacts. Currently, approximately ten companies are being engaged regarding potential membership.

In addition, existing contacts and member relationships have been strengthened. The presence has also contributed to increased visibility and recognition for ITS Sweden within the sector.

The 17th ITS European Congress will take place in Istanbul, bringing together stakeholders within smart mobility, ITS, and digitalization. The event is organized by ERTICO, Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, and ISBAK, with a focus on showcasing solutions for the future of transport systems.

The program includes technical sessions, exhibitions, and technical visits. The call for contributions is currently open.

The ITS World Congress 2026 is the leading global event within intelligent transport systems, focusing on the future of mobility and smart cities.

The program includes academic sessions, technology exhibitions, demonstrations of autonomous vehicles, and business meetings.

During the year, ITS Sweden will host a series of webinars, both in collaboration with Nordic+ and independently.

As part of this, a webinar is planned for the autumn focusing on the NIS2 Directive in relation to road and traffic environments. Further details regarding content and timing will be communicated at a later stage.

As previously announced, ITS Sweden will participate at Transportforum on 14–15 January 2026. We will be present with a booth featuring three member companies. The booth will be staffed during all breaks as well as in the morning and afternoon to maximise visibility, dialogue and knowledge exchange.
